Frequently Asked Questions

Tell me about ticketing and event entry.

The ticket price is $35 for one car and this is a charity event. You can only buy tickets
online in advance.

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges. If you can’t use your ticket, we suggest
giving it to a friend. If we need to cancel the movie for bad weather, your $35 is still a
donation to charity.

Come to the movies in your car. No walk-in guests, bikes, motorcycles, RVs,
commercial trucks, or trailers are allowed.

Check your tickets or the website for Gates Open and Gates Close times, they vary per movie.. For safety reasons, we can’t let you in the gate if you arrive late.

How do i Get ready for check-in?

Arrive at the gate for check-in with EVERYONE in your car wearing masks.

Have your smartphone or paper ticket ready for scanning.

We’ll check your ticket then give you a Welcome Bag with things you need to know
about ordering food, using the toilets and other guest information.

How does parking work?

Our parking team will direct your car to a specific space when you arrive. If you would like to park backwards to sit in a truck bed or back of a minivan/station wagon, please let the parking attendants know and you'll be directed to the back rows.

SUVs will be parked towards the rear of the lot and small cars in front. Everyone will
have a good view of the 55ft screen. If you’re not happy with your view please text
customer service and we’ll help. Please don’t re-park on your own.

No engine idling but you may start your engine periodically to keep the battery fresh.

You’ll be directed to a parking space and because this is a Covid Drive-In, you’ll need to
remain in your car except to use the toilet or pick up your food.

If you have an emergency and need to LEAVE EARLY, text our HELP line and we’ll
arrange for you to exit the lot safely.

All food trucks will stop taking orders 30 minutes before the end of the film.

Uh Oh. What about bad weather?

We’ll let you know 24 hours in advance if we need to cancel the movie due to expected
bad weather. There are no refunds and your $35 is still a donation to charity.

In the event of light rain, the film will continue. If the weather gets stormy our event staff
will decide whether to continue or cancel the event. Cars will be allowed to exit the lot
when it is safe under the direction of our staff and the on-site police.

Is alcohol allowed at The drive-in?

No, we do not allow alcohol or drugs on the premises. If we witness anyone disrupting others that appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs you will be asked to leave.

We’re hungry!

Great! Your Welcome Bag will explain how to order from our food trucks using your
mobile phone. Our software will text you when your order is ready and a member of your party may go to the food truck area to pick up your order.  Please remember to wear your mask, and stay socially distanced.

All food trucks will stop taking orders 30 minutes before the end of the film.
You can also bring your own food to the event.

How does the sound system work?

Things may have changed since your last drive-in movie experience. The movie sound
is delivered through your FM radio on channel 89.7. There are no loudspeakers. Make
sure that your car has a working FM radio or bring one with you. A smart phone won’t
do the job.

Can I bring food and drinks to the drive-in?

Sure! However, grills are not allowed, so if a hot meal is what you're craving, we encourage you to order from one of our food trucks.

What about restrooms?

We’ll have portable toilets available towards the back of the lot. We’ve also got
sanitation stations and a cleaning crew to help keep things fresh.

To use our toilets, put on your mask and walk to the toilets using 6ft socially-distancing
rules. Keep your mask on in the toilet and then head directly back to your car.

Can I bring my dog?

You are welcome to bring your dog, but they must stay in the car with you for the
duration of the movie.

What if our vehicle’s battery dies?

Turn your engine off, and place your key in the ‘ACCESSORY’ position. If you leave the
ignition in the ON position, you’ll drain your battery. If this happens, contact HELP to get
your vehicle started.

Are tickets sold upon entry?

No. Please purchase your tickets online before you arrive.

What kind of vehicles are allowed?

Come to the movies in your CAR. No walk-in guests, bikes, motorcycles, RVs, commercial trucks, or trailers are allowed. You get the idea. Just cars.

What is your refund policy?

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges. If you can’t use your reservation, we suggest giving it to a friend. If we need to cancel the movie for bad weather, your $35 is still a donation to charity.

When do i have to wear a mask?

Arrive at the gate for check-in with EVERYONE in your car wearing masks. It’s really simple. No masks, no movie.

You must also keep your mask on when visiting the restrooms or picking up food.

What about Trash?

You must remove any trash you bring in or create during the film - we have provided a garbage bag in your Welcome Bag for your convenience. There are no public waste receptacles available.
